"We really can't thank you enough Jan for your professionalism, level
of care & the affection you give.
Especially as Chi-Chi had never stayed in a cattery before, so we were
worried how he'd be without us
We needn't have worried, with the great accommodation on offer he was
extremely happy, kept very well indeed & now sulks when he comes home
back to us!....well at least for 24 hours!
The fact that Jan loves cats really shows. We wouldn't want Chi Chi to stay with anyone else ."

"Hi, my name is Tammy and I am 12 years old. On 12 February my Mum went
into a place called a hospital and I came to stay with Auntie Jan at Cosy
Cats. At first I felt sad and lonely but Auntie helped me to settle into my
new home. I had a lovely warm bedroom and steps down to my dining room and
bathroom. Auntie was so worried that I might not get up the steps on my own
(being a bit on the portly side!!) that she even put a bed in the dining room.
Other cats came and went, staying for short holidays, but on 19 March Auntie
told me that my Mum had died. She called me her orphan and gave me even more attention
than normal - I’m sure all the other cats were
jealous!! On 9th April a lovely lady came to meet me and we got on so well I
went home with her, now I have a new Mum who loves me very much. I often
think of my old Mum and Auntie Jan - thank you Auntie Jan for looking after
me so well during my stay in my lovely penthouse at Cosy Cats. Tammy xx"
Update 'Sadly Tammy has now gone to stay at Rainbow Bridge but ended her days enjoying her
new home and receiving lots of love.'

"Hettie and Mia think of Cosycats
as their second home. They come home happy - and settle back as though
they've never been away. The only thing is that they sometimes turn their
noses up at our food for a day or two - because I know Jan gives them extra
special treats! We are delighted that Cosycats is
'their' cattery - and they love it too. Jan has also done home visits when we
have been away for a few days - again, an excellent service. Thank you."

Grommit Capon (Aged 11) from Ash
"My name is Grommit, and I live in Ash with my
mum and dad, I live a quiet life. I was a rescue cat, i
had lots happen to me in my earlier years, I am a very timid cat and don’t like humans very much, they
scare me. So when it came for me to go and stay in a cattery I was petrified,
I didn’t want to go, but my mum and dad had no
choice, they had to visit Spain
where I used to live with them. I had no need to worry, my mum and dad found
this lovely place that Jan runs, it was called Cosy Cats in Sandwich,
they said it was great. So when the time come for me to go, I went quietly. I was so glad I
did, I love it and have been there three times so far and i
am looking forward to another visit later in the year. I love Jan, she is so kind
and friendly, I didn’t know I would have such a
lovely lady looking after me and one I could trust." Grommit

Cosy Cats in Sandwich run by Jan has
always been very flexible in accommodating my two cats when I have to go out
on last minute business travel. My two boys always seem quite content to go
there and the other guests I have seen, including cats that need more or
additional care, seem happy as well. Being a veterinarian myself it is
